Cool thanks. How much boost should it make on a 2.8, ati, ported head and IM, and a catted dp? 22ish?

Suppose an ls4 would be in the works too now... lol. Already have the 3" intake

#1 ... jelly as **** you going tvs. gonna be **** on your setup.

#2... why do you have a cat? I had one for a while and once I got rid of it I don't know how I could ever go back lol. Seriously my car runs so much smoother without one. You just need to have a big ass resonator or the lsjs sounds like ****

Not gonna lie though, I have zero rasp and my car isn't too loud being catless with the zzp catback - which i know you have anyways.

hmm well i have a cat because of wanting to avoid the infamous rasp you speak of. and i can't really go back now because i welded my DP to my catback flange lol. and looking back i should have gone with 3" everything header back because now it's gonna be my weakpoint. but still gonna be a quiet screamer, just the way we like them

Return style fuel system will help out with that, still don't think you'd be able to run 80's though. Want to sell them?

Ya somewhere in the mid 20's you'll be in. With my 2.7 and ATI catless and your other mods I was hangin around 23psi. But I agree, ditch the cat if ya can. I don't know what you have for a catback but I know the struggle of shitty sounding exhaust is all too real lol. Gotta love the quiet screamer

Definitely get that AEM pump, as there is no reason you should see anything near 100% IDC on 80's and E85 on the M62, even with a ported head and cams. And get a RSFS as well. In my gray car with the same setup as you I see 70% IDC at 7500 rpms on 80's and a BRFPS with AEM 320. As for boost, back on the TVS I saw 19-20 lbs on the ported head and 2.7 IIRC and when I added cams that went to about 22.

I was running out of fuel up with 1000's and BRFPS, needed to upgrade to AEM E85 pump.

TVS with 2.7 pulley, stock cams stock head

My Corsa sounds lovely with my catless downpipe. Throaty with zero rasp.

Rice used to have one, but could never get it to seal up for some reason.

Ya your car sounds great! I managed to get mine to sound good with no rasp, it just took some testing with different combos. But now I have the best muffler you can buy

I just picked up a tvs for my pretty extensive 2.2 build. I did a whole lot of searching on the limits of the returnless system, but didnt find very concrete answers. I have an 320 e85 aem, and will probably need bigger injectors than the 80's I have lined up, but will the returnless be capable of supporting 375-400 range on e85?

I assume the in tank setup is the same across all port fueled models, and the rails are similar enough between my 07 2.2 and an lsj.

Another concern is that I will be pulling fuel from the rail for a small (35-50) shot of n2o, so that is something to keep in mind.
