Lol not that cold, but for some odd reason. I got home, took a shower. Got out and collapsed on the ground.. I didn't pass out but I almost did. Layed there for a bit and got me a v8fusion drink with energy and started feeling better. Lol.. ******* sucked..

Alright guys enough of the pissing match that's going nowhere. Like 1000 meangless posts ago someone asked to see the rest of the plugs. So here they are. I'd like to figure out why it went down so it doesn't happen again.
I'm sure mine looked like that before it shattered! lol

One thing that just came to mind. Like last Wednesday randomly my low coolant light came on. It took like 200ml to shut it off. Is it possible the head gasket blew and the coolant in the cylinder is what hydro locked and blew the sleeve out?

As in Bawse sleeves
Good cheaper alternative with 2x the hardness and tinsel strength of stockers...
It's amazing we get away with as much as we do on stock sleeves... the max thickness is .060

here is the deal the stock sleeves arent bad pieces but the main problem is when you replace them you get them in a finished bore and upon instalation(with the gm sleeve kit) they go out of round and to fix the problem you need to bore them. so what i decided was to get a stronger sleeve made that would handle alot more abuse then the stock sleeves would and they are .040 undersize so you can set the bore back to stock and it be round. now zzp has a great product and if you can afford a 1000+ for a block great or even more for dartons but if you cant whats left to do but get a different block or use gm sleeves. so the sleeves i had made are from ductile iron (not grey iron like the stockers) and have 2x the hardness and 2x tensill strength of the stock sleeves. some advantages is the strength better ring seal and less flex transmitted to the block due to the increased sleeve strength and less distortion due to heat. will these be as stout as a zzp block no they wont but for most of the people building ecotecs it should be more then sufficant.
