OMFG someone please help me.

I just got the stage 2 installed and i also have the vibrant 3 inch exhaust already installed. My check engine light keeps coming on from something with my cat. Now the tech said that it could be cuz there is not enough backpressure. Is he right? Or if hes not what could it possibly be. Would a high flow cat help? Would a smaller pulley help to lean out the tune? Thanks for all the help guys.

Oh yea I forgot to tell yall this is the new cat. My other one blew up and chevy just put the new one on and he said something about how the car wont recognize it for 100 miles. This is def not a bad cat though since it was just replaced because of a bad cat before.
