ok so a week ago i noticed a funny sound coming from my engine at idle. it sounded like a pulley or something so i took it to the dealership. it turns out that the timing chain collapsed and i also have to get new cams and a harmonic balancer. so far everything is replaced except for the harmonic balancer. my dealership told me that they cannot get a harmonic balancer in from gm for another 2 weeks at least so my car is just sitting. luckily everything is under warranty and im getting a rental car, but it sucks not having my car.
