open header

i am putting my bad mab header on here in a bit and i was wondering if it would be sae to run just a open header for like a minute just long enough to hear it then put the dp and catback on

dont go by my word, wait for someone else to respond but im pretty sure it'll be ok. im not sure i get y you wanna do that but if you want to i think it'll be ok. i might throw a lean code or something but if you think about it, its essensially the same as a car with a leak in the flex pipe, kinda haha. but againw ait for another response before you go ahead and take my word for it

I have a crack in myflex pipe. Trust me it will be loud and sound like crap. Now open headers on my '69 cutlass was loud but good

I would restrain from reving it up too much. It should be fine to fire it up and bump the throttle a little, just don't bounce it off the rev limiter or anything, lol. Personally, I wouldn't play with it until you at least get the DP on.

It sounds like crap I know I had badmab and jbp header. Only headers That sound great open header is midlenth and maybe longtube. Already tried it sounds horrible don't do it

still its stock it has cats and is more restrictive and its tc it wont be that bad
for NA with aftermarket header and dp its a whole other level
