hey guys, im looking for a real nice guage to monitor IAT. something that looks clean and works well but fairly innexspensive. any ideas?

This for sure, one of the best things you can get for the lsj.

 

Definitely should be at the top of the list for mods. (AeroForce Interceptor) Just finding out your IAT's are high becuase your pump isn't working will net you HP which is why I consider it a "mod". This gauge puts so much info at your finger tips.

Just wish they made a LARGE FONT version for us odl guys........

 

I like the fact that it can access info like a scan tool could so you don't have to have ten thousand gauges or carry around a scan tool. and its a great looking gauge. High iats were a huge problem for me. i did end up haveing a bad ic pump and i wouldnt have known why i was loseing power if i wasnt able to see these temps. not knowing that the ic pump was an issue. i'll definatley be purchasing this

 

I agree, get an interceptor. Honestly, I think that's the only gauge that will read IAT's anyway. The PLX gauge doesn't that I know of.

I have a question tho...I already have one that displays Iat temps and Iat2 temps. I think even a second one would be usefull with my mods right? For checking the knock...specially with the meth kit. Anyone knows if one is good enough?

 

Why not display the iat2's and knock on the same gauge, just use the car's info display for your iat1's
