Ya i know ive put alot of posts about this but im wondering if ya guys could help me out... I had to get the stock heat exchanger replaced under warrenty and they bled the system out. Now do i need to put that bleeder back in that came in the kit?

come on guys help me out please...

The air bleed line from the H/E to the reservoir? If they removed it, yeah I guess I would suggest that you plug it back in. It's meant to continuously bleed air for you.

the way option B works, and is described in the installation kit, is that the top 1/8 pipe thread plug fitting in the stock h/e is replaced by a hose barb fitting and a smallhose then goes to the new option B tank, with an .040 restrictor. This line serves to continually bleed any air in the system, thats why it is so important and why it is called a self bleed system. If someone has disconnected this, they are not very smart. It needs to be there. GM designed it and it works...
