Looks like I'm ordering a dual pass endplate!!

If I do a pull in 80* weather it will hit 160* by 80mph and then take 5 ******* minutes to drop back down to 30-40 above ambient at 50mph.

you have a vacuum leak somewhere in line.

easy test. remove the bleeder from the stock h/e and put the oem plug back in it. the grab one of the lines after the t-fitting, and clamp down on it for 5 seconds. keep an eye on the tank and make sure it doesn't spill over with the cap off.

I don't have the plug anymore, what if I just cap the barb on the end of the bleeder fitting then follow your instructions?

Well, just like bulletpound said, removing option B without a dual pass endplate did the trick. I plugged up the opt b bleeder hose with a screw (lost the original plug), installed the stock T fill neck and filled it/bled it.
Everything is working as it should now...I'm not sure why, but option B is a pain in the ass to get working correctly without a dual pass endplate..I'll use it when I get the endplate though!

Thanks everyone for the insight!

using the tank as a fill works much better than the stock t. the way the tank is set up. it is a constant bleed as well.
