I dont think it will, the 2.0 and the 2.2 Magnaflow and Corsa, both offer 2 different part numbers. Pacesetter also are making one for the 2.0 soon. Leads me to believe it wont.

 

Hmmm, then maybe i should return it, and get the gmpp exhaust, but the piping on that exhaust is same as stock, how will that give you gains?

No im keeping the cobalt, i settled everything with the dealer, im just seeing if the exhaust i ordered will fit or not, its for the 2.2L but i didnt know, i have the 2.0L ss/sc. If it doesnt fit ill just get the gmpp exhaust.
