I have an account there, but not going to bother searching. Here's what I do know (and i have read the whole thing in this thread).

"A smart person knows to listen to both sides of the story. A wise person knows what side to listen to." -an old Chinese Proverb

This thread has not detered me from purchasing from OTTP. I'm just waiting on them to release one item. LSJWannabe has been very helpful and informative. I look forward to doing lots of business with them.

Take the space out between redline and forums. I've tried to help him, he refused our help....

Just spent time reading all 6 pages...

If you get a tune anyway, you never know whats gonna happen.

saying that the second pcm could have been bad, so you didnt use it, just makes you look like a moron.

Mail tunes either way suck no matter what company it is IMO, cause once you change any item on your car that messes with fuel or airflow it throws your tune totally off and you never know how that tune will react on your car due to weather and alt. That all plays a big roll in a tune, so someone could order one of these MOT and run very rich or very lean depending on location, this is the main reason motors pop is because alot of people dont take that into consideration. Eventually your car needs a re-tune, well you cant just go to a shop up the road and get one if there are none around you, no you have to go through all the BS again of getting another MOT. Its pretty much worth the extra money to get HPTuned by someone on a dyno in your state so everything matches up the way it should.

The whole point of a mail order tune is if you dont have access to a tuner.

Theres some people who just dont have tuners near them..

Technically a Stage 2 is a mail order tune, since its the same on every car.

when u get a MOT, you tell them what you have on it, so everything is matched up and as close as it can be. Im sure its probly on the rich side so there isnt as much in jeopardy.

not all MOT "suck"... they may not be your preference, but there are obviously some MOT that are working just fine.

After reading all 6 pages on rlf, I can now confirm my early feeling that this guy is full of BS and has no clue about how things work

Yup...not to mention that even John (qwikredline) even offered to help tune your car....I would've been like...hell yeah...can I bring my car to John and have him help fix my issue with this tune, maybe even work something out to be custom tuned right there for a discounted price or something.....sorry you got what you deserved bud....help was offered several different ways and you spit in their faces. A company can only bend over backwards so much for you.

Ageed, if this keeps up this thread will end up getting locked because of this as well. Looks like OTT tried multiple different things and you did not want the help so what can you do. ( You refused the PCM then changed your mind......then wanted it back-sounds pretty crazy to me after you wait for it for as long as you say, if you would have installed it you would have been able to tell if it was good if you were so worried)

Intense's in-house made products are top notch. Sadly a poor ex-employed, in-house tuner has harmed their reputation as far as tuning, and now anything LSJ, goes. I think they may have all but given up on the LSJ, too bad because they are a great group of guys. It would be nice if they could find a tuner (like myself lol) who could help them turn their reputation around. Sadly, I think it's too late though. If you look at the rest of their supercharged vehicle following though you will see they are nothing but a top notch company.

To be honest, i noticed alot of people used to run intense stuff... and its everywhere...

If they came back with a little incentive and got people back into their game, they might be able to get something out of it.

Yeah they just need a solid tuner and solid numbers for a few months to get things back on track.
