OTT Stage 1 Almost Installed

So i got my OTT stage 1 almost 2 months ago, and it's still not installed. It took my buddy with HP tuners forever in a day to have a free hour to flash my tune, and throw on my injectors and spark plugs. I still have the stock pulley...so i'm running a bit rich with my 60's and new tune

I finally got fed up with waiting and just ordered the zzp pulley puller for rental.

The OTT Stage 1 comes with the oversized idler pulley to take up belt slack. Which pulley is the idler pulley? is it the one attaced to the stock belt tensioner? if so, how do you get it off? how do you swap the ilder pulley?

yes its the pulley tensioner pulley and there is a bolt in the center of it and you take that bolt out the stock idler will slide off and then you put the aftermarket one on tighten the bolt back on and boom there ya have it and there ya are with your oversized idler pulley..... i just did that to mine about a month ago its not hard at all you should be able to do it with ease and one eye closed gl man

Thanks man! i was hoping it was going to be that easy. I really didn't want to have to try to mess with a pulley in such an enclosed space. I can handle a bolt

Hopefully i get my pulley puller in the mail by the end of the week, and i will finally have my completed stage kit on by the end of this weekend. So far i have nothing but good things to say about OTT's kit, the quality of parts used, the quality of the boxed tune, and their customer service. Every time i had a question or sent a follow up email, i would usually get a response within an hour or two. I highly recommend doing business with OTT. Not to mention i got the tune, 2.8", 60's, idler pulley, and plugs for ~$475 shipped...can't beat that!

If you buy the pcm with it then yes you will need a case learn done. If you get the tune instead and flash your stock pcm with it, you will not need a case learn.
