First, the core size is 2-5/8 thick by 7 by 28. Second the threads for the drain are 1/4npt, I have plugs on order and will give future customers the option.

Yeah, I have no prob waiting for the plug. Keep me posted. Thanks !!

Or would you be able to ship my H/E now, and send the plug when ever you get them?

At least then I could mount the H/E, and install the rest of it once I get the plug. I have beater car so I don't mind having my car down a little.

Draining the whole IC system through that tiny hole would take like an hour. Sheesh, pull a line off of the heat exchanger, jump the pump and it's drained in 30 seconds.
it pours out faster than you think...and its pretty fricken durable and if you take care of your **** you wont have any problems with it.

by the way on taking the bumper off on the install, dont believe me? ask this man in the quote. he installed it personally without touching the bumper. you literally slide it in bolt in on and run the hoses. I watched the H/E install in about 30 mins with ease. the new design is pretty sick...Thank the guys over at ottp!!

Who are you referring to as the man in the quote?

Based on your post ealier it would appear that you installed the H/E. I can understand removing the upper grille would give you some room to work and is a good idea if you left the bumper on.

Definitely took the bumper off to install mine. You may be able to do it with the bumper on, but it makes it soooo much easier with that **** out of the way. It only takes like 20 minutes to take the front off of these cars (A few bolts behind the headlights, a few screws on the bottom, and a couple of those push plastic fasteners and it slides right off)

Well thats nice man but this is a discussion on ottp's Heatexchanger, lets not cause bashing conflicts. If people wanna buy zzp heat exchanger's they would, but here, they are not.

That's impressive.

I need to get my car on the dyno again. I want to see the power difference the H62 made.

I prob will never sell my car, but if I do you will be the first person I contact.
