i just bought the super turbo muffler, plan on hacking off the hahn muffler and putting this in its place, has anyone had an issues with burn-out?

I don't know if they'd sell just the over axle section, but you could try contacting Clear Image Automotive. They make a full 3" mandrel bent catback.

OTTP sells them. CTI makes them. Check out OTTP's site.

If you look at his vid in the Advanced Performance, he is running an LSJ in a Cavi.. The exhaust manifold is in back while the intake is in front.

oh I forgot they put the ecotecs in the last gen ones, I was going by what body is in his pic, and I was unaware that he had an lsj in his j-body

i couldnt put mine on cause the egt bung is some odd bal pipe thread size, so a standard bolt wont thread into it so I had to buy the gauge and sensor

probably 1/8 npt. It's a tapered fitting. You can go to Home Depot and get a plug for like $.30

Yep, he did have a 2.2 ecotec swap at one point.

in 02 the L61 2.2 ecotec was the engine for the LS Sport (this was the last year of the Z24 which had the LD9 2.4), from 03-05 the only engine available was the L61.

my car was originally a 2.2 LN2 (the ohv engine with the exhaust on the "front"), then i swapped to the L61 ecotec, and I now have an LSJ bottom end with the cav trans (getrag F23) and the L61 head.

but, back on topic. I sent OTTP a message about the header via their website.
