WTF do you mean the stock gauge wont go above 12.5??? I can get it to spike to about 14 in neutral...

Well i agree that the stock guage can and will go past 12.5 psi but as for the boost in neutral my car never used to be able to see boost while not in gear the bypass would kick in and leave it in vacume. But than i do the air box mod two weeks go by and im getting a **** load of codes and now i can make the car spike 15 in neutral?!?!

I'd start by fixing that cat problem, then see if that solves your others.

Ding ding ding and the winner is Drewfus! . It was my cat causing the problem or more so that my almost entire exhaust system "melted" as they discribe it. But it went from over boosting to low boosting, but whatever i made a long post about it in the problems section if anyone wants to read about it there.
