Over heating problem need help asap

ok so yesterday i was installing my halos and cut out the bottom plastic wheel well so my cai could breath. but car coolant temp was only like 182 highest usually only went up like one or 2

TODAY i went up to 198 and have no clue why its high now


also is there anyway how to remove the front right fender i didnt see a how to

First of all, 198 is not over heating by any stretch of the imagination.
Second if you removed plastic from the underside of the car its highly possible you disrupted the cooling of the car.

ok but it went up fast and its never been that high i dont see cutting out a small thing doing this is this 100%

it was a bit hotter its about 108 down here but what degree should i worry about it getting too

If it goes over 240F then you have a problem.

You shouldn't have removed that plastic. It is there to channel air into the intake. By removing it you have made less air available for the SC to pull.

no stuff

no i didnt remove the whole thing just the part under the cold air intake ive seen a ton of people on here do it and it makes the car screem

Just because it makes more noise does not always mean it is better for the car. Everything is give and take.
