Overboost

I have a 2006 cobalt ss with a stage 2 kit from ZZP. It have a 3.1 pulley, 42 pound injectors, stage colder spark plugs, and a tune from them. Out of now where the other day I went to get on it and the boost gauge jumped to 20 psi and the car bogged down and basically lost all power until I let out. I can hardly drive the car because it doesn't have any power once it starts to boost. The supercharger sounds terrible and it give off a weird smell. It is also burning more fuel and gets a little warm when it tries to boost when it is under a load like trying to get up hills... I really need some help since this car is daily driven.. Anything would be greatly appreciated..
Thank you for your time!

I had a similar problem and my resonator was plugged. Could be the catalytic converter as well.
Does it lose all power above like 3-4k rpms?

It loses power any time it tries to build boost.. The supercharger sounds really weird..
