p0171 code issues

i have a bone stock 2006 supercharged ss. all stock, no mods what so ever. got 171 code til i blew out o2 sensor, then replaced it, blew out annother one, both bosch, took it to dealer and they did the steering recall, reflashed my ecm with a newer version or something, said my 02 needed to be repaired with an acdelco, and gave me an outragoues price so i replaced it with that part myself, ran fine for a while, then started misfireing like crazy about 2 months later. Turns out i had 2 dif kinds of plugs *(cyl 4 misfired and that one had a colder plug in it) it had disinigrated on the end, so i bought 4 new plugs and ran great, my performance seems like the car gets choked out all the time still but ran fine. now i have a 171 code again, i knew running lean caused my plug failure, and my o2 failures what the hell is causing my 171 code, it is the root of all my issues with the car and im bout ready to sell it ive only had it for 4 months and each month it screws me over

i put the new ones in, and i have no idea about the others, they were in when i got the car at 60k, but like stated above same issue with dif plugs, im guessing it was lean and it eventually misfired the 4th cyl and someone put a dif plug in to fix the issue. once the light comes on again its going to the dealership, cuz when i read the code my emmissions were n the redzone and thats no good, i gottta get everything on lock so i can start to mod this thing. but i deleted the code so guess i gotta wait til it comes on again, any ideas on how to make it come on so they'll fix it?
