I am going to be taking my car to get reinspected as it failed the first time for my 02 sensor and heater not being ready. I have an 07 lsj that has a cav2 header, stock dp with cat, mandrel bent catback with a 2.5" muffler. I am running the car without the rear 02 sensor. Is there a way to have it ready by tricking it with hptuners?

 

just dissable the codes..i think that was the first thing i did..tosed the rear o2 sensor in the trash.

 

how would you do that? my rear one went out and the dealer wants $340 to replace it.

 

if they want 340$ to replace it..ill do it for 250 lol...wow 340 is alot..
u have to have hptuners to be able to disable the codes

 

for that price just pay someone to get a custom tune and forget the rear 02

 

My Downpipe on the 2005 SS had an emmissions warranty upto 120ks/8 years...It was some kind of an extended recall, at first they told me no such thing exists then they dug deeper and magically a recall appeared in the system for bad cat...

i cut my cat off the first night i had my cobalt...been sitting in a box ever since

 

This is for me not running a rear 02 and trying to pass inspection... my cat is fine
