Pcm?

i want to get another PCM for my ss/sc so i can mod that one and keep my original one stock. they are 500+$ at the dealer. i found some cobalt PCMs on e-bay for sale but they are not for the ss/sc. can i send out that computer to be modified for my new CA stage 3, CAI, Megan racing cat back?

just get hp tuners, you can flash it whenever you want to whatever you want , even back to bone stock

HPTuners is right. Change the tune all you want, and then flash it back to stock if needed.

yeah i have heard about hp turners but i think i would much rather just be able to put it back to orginal with the stock pulley and everything else. i dont really want to spend that much money on a turner when i can get one of ebay for under 50$ and just keep mine stock.

Thats how it is, 50 dollars off ebay isnt going to do **** for you for anything. If your that worried about being stock, you shouldnt be modding in the first place

I just found out it is possible to use a PCM from another cobalt that is not supercharged but you need to get it flashed for your car. Then you can have two PCMs and just keep yours stock if that is a road you want to go down. I got my PCM from the Junkyard for 100$ and it only has 900 miles on it. For the re-flash i paid 60$ at a local auto parts store.
