piston installation

what method did those of you use to yank the motor? did you drop the cradle or pull it from the top? how difficult was it? ive pulled plenty of motors and such but ive never done anything newer.

If you're just doing pistons and rods, it's far easier to do it "in car"

is there a how to for this? im more than capable of figuring it out but it would be nice to have something to fallow.

A step by step for the 2.2 is in the GM buld book. The LSJ isnt that much different ...
