port matched TB & SC (pics)

got bored... and like usuall started thinking about cheap/free mods and went to work...

first i decided to play around a little, never doing this before i figured gotta start somewhere!!!

so i opened up the sc inlet to get a place to start...

now after getting rid of the lip i stopped... remember while experimenting you can easily mess up really bad... so to keep it simple i chose to remove minimal material...

then it was time to work on throttle body...

before polish...

after polish

throttle body installed...

so what do you guys think???

i didnt polish or finish sc yet... im waiting for a port and polish kit i ordered to come in... it still needs work as you can see... but i think im done with the throttle body for now... ( i removed alot of material in order to get it to match port with sc )

Did mine last week (TB P&P) and noticed the throttle responce pick up a little on the low end. Top end hard to tell. Will be doing the inlet of the SC next rained out weekend. Not trying to Thread jack Hungry just wanted to post up mine as well. Since yours was where I got the idea.
