Problem after build

Hey all, I'm having a problem after my build. Last fall my clutch went out, so I decided to drop the cradle and do some work. I did 2.7 pulley, 60 pounders, zzp tuned PCM, water meth, ported head, and intake. After putting it all together now the car won't fire. I sent the PCM back to zzp to get reflashed, and no change. It's got spark, it's got fuel, just doesn't seem like at the right time. The cars been at the dealer since April and even they can't figure it out. So maybe someone here has had the same problem. Seem like a cam angle sensor problem?maybe I didn't line it up right on install? Maybe it went bad? I also put in my gms2 to see if it was a bad PCM core from zzp and it did the same thing. I'm out of ideas and so is the dealer. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!!

I did a compression test. 140 dry all the way around. Im thinking of just throwing in a new cam sensor for piece of mind and see what happens
