Problem with Tune Or Mechanical?

In the rainy weather my car runs like total crap! I did not go puddle hopping with the car or drive in the floods this weekend. It wont idle worth a crap, it goes from 300rpm to 1500 then it might shut off. My afr gauge is all over the place. It seems to b running at about 14.1 then jumps to 15.4 and then back to the low 14s. If i rev the car to past 6600rpm in neutral the car will run fine till i shut it off again. when i rev it up, it will pop around 4000rpm stumble for a split second then rev till it hits the limiter or i let off. I have cleaned out the throttle body and the mas airflow sensor. I just don't really know what else it could be mechanically. Do any of you guys have any idea what i should clean, check next? Maybe a vacuum leak?

I have:
2.6
60s
clear image header
cat less d/p
CAI
CX heatexchanger

If it wasn't just in the rain, I'm thinking it's probably related to your tune. If it's not all the time it's not mechanical...so it could still be tune related probably because of the change in pressure from the change in weather but I'm not a meteorologist so how the **** would I know.

I cleaned the MAF and the throttle body again,
I did this about two weeks ago. Well the car is running great again after i just cleaned the MAF and throttle body this morning. I don't understand why this keeps happening? Is there anyway to keep this from reoccurring or do i just need to clean this thing once a month?

When it rains, my Cruise Control stops working, lol....

Sorry... thought it was kinda funny...

Also look up the oil catch cat... this helps alot..

what kind of cold air? Oiled filters get the MAF dirty... but they are better for keeping **** out.
