psi on 76mm pulley

does anyone know what psi a76 mm pulleyis suppose to do. I just put on the stage 3 pulley and end plate. It pulls like a monster but i only see 16 psi.should it be more????

16 PSI with a 2.9 (76 mm) pulley is in the ballpark.

76mm = 3"
stage2 = 3.1"
16-16.5 psi is about what you should see (approx .1" drop from stage 2 pulley)

I am only getting 17-18 with a 2.5" at 3500 feet.
