do i need a special tool to take off the gm stg2 pulley bolts and also am i going to need a pulley puller to take off the stg2 pulley

Yes you will need a special tool, the one that came with the kit I dont believe any place sells them, you have to try to get them through someone here. No you will not need a pulley puller to take it off, just buy a smaller pulley that fits the GM2 hub..
