pulley?

Well I joined the 3" club but it looks like my stock pulley had a bad day.

mine did that tooo....the puller bent the lip it was on soo tight

had to use the puller press

Tried to use a pulley puller here at the shop didnt work so we used the press frame....the hub install went better than i thought heated it up in the stove and cooled the SC it just slid right on.

quick question have gm stg 2 i just bought a 2.80 pulley from intense was wondering if i will need a oversized tensioner

No you dont. The stage 2 belt is sufficient.
