relatively new to the cobalt scene. a few of my friends have had them for a while tho. im looking into doing some performance mods but don't have the largest budget. someone suggested that i get the zzp modular pulley system with a 3.0 inch pulley. just wanting to know what some other people think and what other supporting mods would i need with this? thanks

low budget. otherwise i'd love to. haha. and it's my daily and i drive pretty far to work so i'm not really looking for too much extra horse
