Honestly nothing until you break sumthin .. and i know ppl are gonna argue with me about it but idc. IF sumthin on your car breaks and they see the pulley yes they are gonna try to blame it on that .. anyway .. they have to prove 100% without a doubt that the pulley caused the part failure .. and you could always get the pulley puller for yourself instead of borrowing it and if sumthin does happen .. throw the stocker back on there

ok def would not reccomend the 2.9 cuz thats gonna put your idc wayy on up there .. i went 5k on the 3.0 before i put in the 42#ers .. and the idc on the stockers was like 110% at wot .. which isnt good over a long period of time .. but i didnt get on it everytime i took off either .. so its really based on the driver mod

there is no stock hub...the stock pulley is one solid piece...to go to a 3" you'd either have to get a used stage 2 pulley with the hub, or an aftermarket hub and pulley from, say, ZZP, Intense, or that guy on eBay Nherbst...he seems to sell a lot at a good price...

mitch you know the stocker is one piece you where there when i swapped mine id just play it safe and get a set of used 42lbers, they are for sale all over this board. plus the pulley swap is a cake walk. but even the GM stage 2 comes with 42lb injectors and thats what a 3.1xxx pulley?
