put on ingalls TD and everything seems noisier?

hey guys i recently installed an ingall TD and it seems like my engine is alot noisier at idle... and when im driving and in between shifts there is a rattling noise....then when i get back into gear it goes away....is this normal because of mounts? anyone get the same?

yeap.. thats what it does...

Did you adjust it? If not, do so...

If you did, any odd noise should go away after it breaks in.

should i tighten it? It is pretty snug lol
and i bought it with 15k on it so it should be broken in?

did you tighten it all the way? If you did, bad..

read the instructions.. tells you how far it needs to be turned.

look in the how-to section.. it has the specifics on there.

and im not talking about tightend to the engine, the "shock" absorber itself needs to be adjusted.

no i have not touched the shock absorber... i did my research on messing with that lol. i just tightened all the nits to hold it in.. i have not adjusted the nuts to tighten the absorber..only the abosrber itself so it wasnt loose...(with my hand not wrench)

yea theres a certain amount of turns you have to do..

look in the how to.. it tells you, that will probly stop the noise.

I had CED adjust mine after I installed it..... you were at the CED meet right? I was trying to meet you.... I was the other SB orange one at the meet

sure was! i wish i had them adjust it lol..that would have been convienient!... yea our cars are identical except the whole wingless look..
