So im about to finally intstall my TVS and was wondering what was best. Either to spray the alcohol at the throttle body or after the s/c into the manifold ? And why do you think either or is best performance wise and efficient wise for the TVS .

for supercharged applications, it's always best to spray just before the throttle body. That's where the air is most turbulent, and the easiest place for the alcohol to atomize and mix.

after the blower, that way you cool down the charged air....

 

Before the throttle body ? What about throttle body spacer ? Or between the intake and s/c ?

That does make sense but what about cooling down the s/c ?

 

After the Tb, before the blower. The meth also cools the blower down to stop it from getting hot. After a WOT pull my blower is cold and my IAT2 are always insanely low. Even with minimal cooling mods.

 

In my opinion after the blower is more efficent becuase that is where the heat is being generated becuase it is constantly being stacked. However for meth it offers a much better benefit of the increased octane.

 

I usually tell people to do it before just because it will distribute best. If you do it after than direct port should be considred if your are not careful where the nozzles go.
