The quest for 600whp
Goals have changed. Shooting for more around 500whp now and not revving to 8k, probably more like 7200. Not trying to pop any transmissions or engines, and decided against dropping 4k on an f40 when the car is worth 6k. Anyway, piping and compressor housing is STILL at the welder... everything is set, as soon as I get those back it should be good to go

It was odd, when I was turning the engine over by hand with a socket on the crank, at first I couldn't get it to go past a certain point. Then alan and josh both assured me it will be harder with the #82 springs and if I was sure it was timed right to just go for it. So once it rolled over the stiff point once it turns over pretty good now. It was just weird, got the cps timed up, MUCH easier with the end cap off, the first time I did it the cap was on and there was about an inch or so I was just blind
no matter the springs it should turn over decently easy. Its the motor being tight and having spark plugs in it. take them out if you haven't, I could almost turn my engine over using a big drill with 82 lb springs.
