It comes with:

Phenolic spacer
(2) intake manifold gaskets
1 set of longer intake bolts
3 IC pump spacers

Ok
Ok Phenolic Spacer, Ok thats self explanitory
2 Intake manifold gaskets, 1 for each side of the spacer that makes since.
Set of longer bolts. of course, your going through more material

it pitches the intercooler bracket since the IM will be pitched at a different angle and will stick out another 1/4 inch

yup, if you look at the bottom of the intake manifold theres a bolt there, once you put the spacer in it wont line up anymore so while you have the intake off, unbolt the pump bracket and put one metal spacer behind each bolt hole. remember that all the bolts in this kit are lengthened correctly so make sure you use the right ones in the right holes.
