i would think the manifold comes with it's own gaskets, but not positive on that. you should try installing it yourself though, it's not hard and will be a great experience.

 

Nah... I put headers on my last car and deceided I wasnt gonna be doing that again...

 

I'd be happy to give ya a hand. Ive taken my header off before. It just takes some elbow grease. Im sure dallascobalt or any of the other guys would help as well

Yeah 5-6 WHP is a total waste over the stock manifold.
