Question about my fuel pump and horsepower

So I got my car dynoed and tuned with the following mods done:

Injen CAI
2.5" headers
2.5" downpipe w/ cat
2.5" pacesetter exhaust
2.6" pulley
60# injectors
Fidanza lightweight flywheel
Spec Stage 3 clutch
2 step cooler NGK plugs
and a dyno tune
and it only ran 246whp
I new something was wrong when he gave me the numbers back. It turned out that my fuel pump was only pushing 38 psi when he dynoed it. I pretty sure our cars are supposed to be 50-60psi if I recall correctly. So Im not sure if I should get the walbro 255 or just another stock one. I need some recommendations whether I should get another stock one or get the walbro. Also at full psi's what do you guys think I'll be pushing as far as horsepower seeing that at 38psi I had 246whp? Any recommendations or help would be gr8.

Here's your problem. It's not just the pump.

Do you have any cooling mods because if not that thing is getting way too warm.

Larger exhaust, *all* the cooling mods, upgrade the brakes so you can stop before you kill yourself.
