Yes you will still need to bring it to the dealer to get reflashed, but that is included in the cost of GM stage 1 i believe

if you buy stage 1, which is the injectors.. it comes with a tune that gets loaded from the dealership.

And actually, if you go out and buy a smaller pulley with the pulley hub and a smaller belt (you can find all of these used, pulleys are 50 bucks new) you will have made your own stage kit..

as the stage 1 tune is teh same for stage 2.

If you have a warranty that has a long time to go, i would wait.. but if your coming close to your time being up... take it in for a check up.. maybe break some **** on purpose so they replace it, then go aftermarket.. OTT has the best stage kit for the money.

ok so on the OTT STAGE 1 KIT do you just bolt it on and go or do you have to do anything special for the pcm install

if you buy the pcm from them, you have to go to dealer to get a CASE relearn done... should only be half hour shop charge...

or you can opt to send your pcm to them, and they tune it, and send it back... then you have to do NOTHING but install it.
