question regarding boost.

i was wondering if i could run the smallest pulley on my tvs but have the boost limted to 20 psi.

It would make tons of unnecessary heat if you do..

how? i just want the boost to come in alot sooner with out over boosting.

because it is still spining a a higher rate... smaller ring, more rotations...

i understand that. but i want a small pulley ,the 2.5 but it will boost 27.5 psi but i want to li mit it to 20 psi.
