I thought the redline for a stock SS/SC was 6800...

You should still shift at 6300 on the stock injectors even after a tune.

Stock Injectors Stock Pulley Stock Tune and all the bolt-ons - Saturn ION RedLine Forums

Get bigger injectors that can handle the boost.

Def on the stock injectors for sure, but 42's & 60's (depending on pulley size of course) can handle it.

I guess when I meant they should get tuned, I assumed they would do everything (pulley, injectors, etc.). I should have been more specific

This is a good point to reiterate. The stock injectors are basically maxed around the factory 6500 redline. It is unwise to spin the engine past this point with the factory injectors as they will be effectively static.

the tach is a bit laggy, so I shift around 6400. if im doing a no lift shift, I do it at 6300 or it bounces off the rev limiter. I'm pretty much stock except for a downpipe.
