Question on twincharging
Yea I think fittment would be the biggest issue... I was already starting to visualize a supercharger on the back side of the engine with a custom hood useing a mesh pipe for the piping so you could cram another intercooler in.
But that supercharger I don't think even if it could be crowbarred in would not get enough cooling.
I think it would be freakin cool though if it could be pulled off.

Twincharging is a supercharger and a turbo. I don't think I have ever seen a motor that had 2 superchargers on it.
If you did that to a 4 banger it would equal 1 supercharger for 2 cylinders. That would be crazy!

Not to pick at technical details, but I've always referred to twincharging as twin turbos or twin blowers. Dual charging is whats referred to as turbo/blower combo. At least thats the nomenclature around here.

I've seen it used a lot lately since VW is coming out with that dual charged 1.4L for the Golf GT or whatever it is. http://www.greencarcongress.com/2005...roducing_.html
Edit: the dual charging nomenclature that is, not twin blowers.
