Questions about the Idle problem.

Okay im getting ready to go buy a 06 ss/sc from a lot here in town. The car is running 15 psi. From what i can see it has a cai, along with headers and what appears and sounds like a full exhaust (loud as ****) Anywho today test driving i encountered the dreadful idle problems. My question is this. Is it going to cause long term problems? I don't want to get this car and it screw up because of this. I noticed it actually kinda stalled out on take off because of it idling so low. Any input here is appreciated. Also the pulley on it idk if its stock or not but it had 5 bolts and they were silver if that helps any.

Well that's not a stock pulley and hard to say about the shifter could be a roll pin about to break and for the idle could be a dirty tb or a bad tune or no tune at all man really need to find out more about it and make sure there is a warranty with it if u do want to get it
