Is it supposed to be on and working every single time you turn the car on and does it stay on all the time or does the pcm controls when it turns on or not, the reason i'm asking is because sometimes i see the steam in my option b tank and sometimes i don't, and yes i did replace the pump with a brand new one

so it is controlled by how high the iat2's are or is on by default all the time ?

 

Constant on, unless the IAT is below -40.

 

Thanks man...i got a wiring or a relay problem then..gotsa look into that...
