I've searched and found 2 different answers. When torquing rod bolts, is it 18ft lbs + 100* turn or is it first pass 18ftlbs loosen, second pass 100* turn?

also what should I torque my golden eagle headstuds at?

 

I would assume it's 18 ft lbs then 100* turn on top of that.

But don't listen to me. Wait for others to chime in.

I just want to clear up the confusion so I don't wrongly torque my connecting rod bolts
