My car is in the dealer cause my check engine was flashing as some of you may know. They said theres more than 7 codes and they're reflashing it, is this gonna **** my tune up? im stage 2

if they put the gm stage 2 file on. no. but if they put a stock file. yes.

they reflashed it and it cleared all my codes
