Reflash Question

With the upcoming release of the stage 1 and stage 2 kits, when you buy the kit do you get to keep the reflash program or does the dealer keep it. The reason I ask is, what is keeping a dealer from keeping the program and selling it again. If you get to keep it could you not copy and sell it. Just a question. Any answers?

Maybe a way to recover some of the cost of buying the kits.

they plug a computer into your computer and change a few settings. than unplug there computer and its done. basically. so no you cant resell it unless you wanna take out your cpu and trade it.

They reprogram the computer does not involve any hard parts you can sell

Did anyone talk to GM at SEMA and find out if the reflash will be the same for both kits? I heard they are different for each kit. If that is the case then I am going to go with stage 2.
