do i have to cut the exhaust in order to take it off? or can i just take it off.

i want to put on a cat back, downpipe and headers so it all has to come off

can someone let me know if i can take it off without cutting it. because i dont have anything to cut it

You have to cut directly above the rear axle

cut it about 2" after the resonator.. the rest (stock manifold, downpipe) will unbolt.

Remove the lower shock bolt on the passanger side. The 10mm on the brake hose and put a jack under the axle. It comes down far enough. I did it on a lift so it could be hard and it was last year so i dont remember. But you answer your question no you dont have to cut the exhaust unless you want to be a lazy hack. I like to keep all my stock parts.

if you have access to a lift you dont need to cut it. you have enoungh room after lowering the pass side shock and brake hose ,mensioned above. if you dont have a lift it will be more than those two pieces being removed. there is nt enough room to swing it on the ground
