Will a group buy happen?
What would the price be?
For those of us that want one now, when is the soonest this will happen?

On our twin charged kit, we made it to ~400WHP with the stock pump and 60# injectors. To go further, we adapted a simple return style system for about $40 (our cost) and it seems to be good for 500WHP. Ours didn't look anything like this one but I don't really understand how this one works either. I'm interested to hear and see more.

Also the stock Cobalt pump appears to outflow or at minimum flow the same as a Walbro 255. I don't think changing it out would be an upgrade.

this one works by fuel coming from the end of the rail to the reg...then regulator opens at set psi to allow fuel back to the tank..so if u set the reg to 60 psi the pump will keep pumping and the reg wont let no fuel out of the rail til it hits 61 psi..and with this reg it goes up 1 for 1 with boost which is a plus for us

I'm going to post a sale this weekend. That way those who want it now don't have to wait.

First I'm very suprised at the power you were able to make on the 60's. The tvs test car I worked on needed this system and it only makes about 325 to the wheels. The injector duty cycle at the stock fuel pressure was 128%. With this kit I was able to lower the base pressure and raise the Wot pressure due to the regulator, which helped with the idle and wot tuning. Basically the intank FPR is removed, then a single inlet/single outlet fuel filter replaces the stock one. The stock return line that came out of the stock fuel filter is then connected via a quick connect to a -6an line and is ran up to the regulator. This kit uses the stock feed line to feed the rail as it's 3/8" and thats more then big enough. The reason for going to the walbro over the stock pump is because the test car was loosing fuel pressure at wot and I'm sure the walbro will flow more at 75psi (Wot fuel pressure) then the stock pump would.

Post a GB and I'm in!

It's interesting to see the different results people have with similar if not the same fuel system. I'd rather go the return route and have the extra piece of mind.

im suprised so many people are shunning the price...this is the fix to most problems associated to cyl 4 running out, and should make tuning a bit easier as well.

Believe me, it makes tuning a LOT easier.

INteresting, thanks for the information. I wasn't sure how you were regulating past the set point of the rear regulator but removing it explains that.

We put an inline regulator on the return line of the OEM regulator. Then connected a vacuum line to that regulator. The car runs totally stock until you surpass XX amount of boost (i think it was around 15) and then goes 1:1. That way the tune stays stock, yet we were able to get 80 psi of pressure for our 30# run. If you install a new regulator that is 1:1 all the time, I would think tuning would be much harder as you'd have to start from scratch. Our tuning stayed stock, we just zero'd out the table that changes fueling on MAP past XXX level. Very simple, very effective.

The stock pump has voltage loss. By giving the factory pump more voltage, we were able to run 80psi with fuel to spare on the 60s. We calculated flow vs. voltage and found the OEM pump to possibly be outdoing the Walbro 255 flow@xxPSI.

The TVS is never going to compare to a turbo. The blower requires nearly 100HP to spin it at levels over 20psi, so it can't make the same HP as a turbo or get there with the same fueling. 60's will probalby run out at low 300's WHP with the TVS depending on the pressure you run em at.

If you dont mind me asking but how exactly your giving the stock fuel pump more voltage?
The Kenne Bell boost-a-pump?
or
are you using the L67 re-wire kit?

Id love to see what you all are doing to give it more voltage.

Thank you.

I will keep my eyes open for this sale.
Once parts are ordered, how long before they are shipped out to us?

depends upon what i hear back from the warehouse but I would say anywhere from 2-4 days after you order. If you need it faster then that let me know.
