Ok... my dealer is telling me otherwise... Should all, front and rear rotors slot/hole pattern be sweeping toward the rear of the vehicle?

OK think about it this way. They need to spin like sonic the hedge hog. Does that help?

FYI I would have done rotors myself... dealer had the car up in the air for tires and did the rotor install free because i supplied parts, I do have quite the relationship with the dealer. Thank you.

As I said... sweeping towards the rear... yes like sonic the hedgehog... good analogy I must say.

Some notes:

http://www.brakeworld.com/slotted-rotors.asp

As the pics show in hungryhips post, the slots would have to be in the direction shown to accomodate the drilling pattern, which follows the curvature of the internal cooling fins. If the slots went the other way, they'd interfere with the hole pattern. Which is not to say that's why the slots are the direction they are, it's just to add more useless detail

There's this long discussion about this and there's no right or wrong answer. It looks better with the slots going toward the rear of the car, but I have no idea how much crack the dealer tech was on to install the fronts in one direction and the rears in another direction...he was probably just being a dick.
