Yes, but without the blower the turbo thats on the car would need quite a bit more rpm to respond fast after the gear shift (it has a pretty big turbine wheel). I also have our new ZZP trans in the car and I only had a few passes on it. I would have liked more time to break it in but I guess that's how it goes.

I know, that is always how it seems to go. I think you only get 1 or 2 easy days at the track a year, lol.

I'm sorry I shouldn't have done any bashing here. I have absolutely nothing against you. Zooomer on the other hand automatically ruins your company for me. I have so little respect for ZZP because of him that no matter how awesome of a car you have, I just will never buy anything from ZZP, no matter what. I know many others feel the same way. Hey sweet hood, I had that hood for a while! I know that has nothing to do with the thread but just saying.

 

Nobody wins the support and praise of everyone. People just don't work like that. If we did, there would be companies with 100% market share and there are not.

The difference is when a community is relying on a single vendor to push limits, release cutting edge mods, and gain respect for the Cobalts in other car communities. When you run around trying to shut them down, it's not cool. You can have a slow car and run other parts, that's your prerogative, but when you limit the progress for everyone and ruin the forums for people trying to learn, I think it's you who loses the respect, including self respect.

 

I want a fast car, hence the reason I have an 87 buick grand national, with under 40k miles, mint condition(in storage now here in wisconsin) but I will post pics for you naysayers... Thank you come again!

How would you classify someone bragging about their Grand National in a Cobalt forum, in a thread about Ryan's personal best in the Cobalt?

If you want to talk about jokes, line up your 3.8 liter rear drive GN against our stock bottom end 3.8 liter front drive grand prix. Wee!!!! isn't it fun to brag about other cars unrelated to Cobalts?

 

Every time they post, people come out of the woodwork for no reason other than to bash them. People get all pissy just because someone is a vendor, they think that they can say whatever they want and that vendor can't say anything back. I have the same philosophy as the guys at ZZP, when I have customers talk **** to me, or act like idiots, I don't NEED their business, and i'm not going to bend over backwards for some *******(who probably has zero intention of buying anyways) just to get it. If someone treats me with respect, they get it back. But there's limits. People bash, and bash, and bash, and as soon as a vendor says something back now "They're ******** and unproffesional". The same group of people come in to every zzp thread, with zero intention of buying, with ONLY the intention of stirring the pot and trying to get a reaction. Just like you did here. Have you actually dealt with zzp? I have, a bunch of times. And I would say there customer service, products, and professionalism when dealing with customers is second to none.

 

i will say the snotty retorts that some of zzp DID have has been cut down alot... and whil it did happen at one time I never perdsonally experience it i've always been helped by them in a quick polite manner

I was simply saying I dont need my cobalt to go fast... If I did I could go elsewhere and make it go just as fast as any **** you have out there. But I dont want to spend $10,000+ to do it.

Back to the GN vs your "GP" that car in the vid vs your GP would be apples to apples... I was not comparing my 3.8 against yours... just shows your professionalism=0 AGAIN!
