2.0L LSJ Performance Tech 205hp Supercharged SS tuner version. 200 lb-ft of torque.

S/C bolts...need ideas.

S/C bolts...need ideas.

trying to take the blower off and one of the allen bolts rounded out on the inside...any ideas to getting it off?tried hammering a slightly larger allen key in...didn't work...no room for vice grips...im at a loss other than drilling it out

**** happens sounds like its time for an easy out and for you to learn where to post my car is broke and that would be in the problems and service section not in the performance section

can you get a die grinder in there, if so try cutting a slot into the head of the bolt like we did on jerrys s/c pulley, then get a flat head screwdriver an hopefully it breaks loose

Jb weld an Allen key in that sucker let it sit overnight then back it out

Genius idea. I've never thought about that before! I had this happen to me to but I was able to get a larger Allen wrench in and get it out.

got it out.hammered a even larger allen in then put vice grips on the outside of it with all the strength I could put it to it and she broke loose...heads off already. thanks guys!!
