I'd like to consider other options. i was really interested in the hankook ventus v12 evo's, but the falkens are the best deal i can get because they have them in stock so i can get employee discount and a few other dollars shaved off the total.

This is kind of a loaded question. Theres not a tire on the planet that I would put on a performance car for the summer and then drive in weather under 40*F, nevermind winter. Dunlop Dirrezza Z1 Star Specs are a great summer tire, want to spend an extra ~$30 a tire for a bit better tire (imo not $30 a tire better) you can get the Bridgestone Potenza Re11s. Both of those will be able to put stage 2 down fairly easy and handle the nutz. Then for the winter it really depends on how much you want to spend, I cheaped out and got the normal Bridgestone blizzaks WS60 irrc, 106 speed rating, feel like you're driving through dog **** all the time. You'll spin the wheels off the car in 2nd while at speed in the wet. On the dry they launch just as good if not better than the star specs. You can put some really nice rubber down with them with a 4k 2nd gear clutch dump though. Smells like you've been doing burnouts if you drive with them on the highway, just cause its a winter tire with a soft rubber compund. If you want a higher speed rated winter or one that doesnt feel like poop in your hands you'll have to spend more. The higherend Dunlop snows seem to get good reviews, so do the better blizzaks. Stay far away from run flats though, they feel like super ass while driving, and dont launch worth a damn.

I would try the Goodyear Eagle GT. Best all around tire i've ever had, especially in the rain.

my buddy says the exact opposite! he ran them for less than a year and they were gone! plus he had to go back in 3 times because the side walls would start seperating from the tread. they told him not to come back because of all the problems! thats bull ****!

The star specs get more grip in the rain than the best all season (khumo execta asx) I could find get in the dry. Just something to consider if you ever even think about putting all season on a car.
