Just for the word...YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CUT THE STOCK EXAHUST.
disconnect the driver side shock. Theres a 10mm bolt holding on the brake line. I was on a lift so i had a jack under the rear craddle and lowerd it. Bam stock exhaust came off in one peice!

Yea, so I have some nasty grinding noise like metal on metal - very not good sounding. Also, vibrations in the floor you can feel through your feet and in the seat.
Anyone know what this could be from?

Yes can be two things.
1) check the header for fitment over the metal coolant hose. Mine clears by about 1/4 of an inch. Check that first. There have been 2 people with that problem.
2) check the rear axle section where it goes up and over. It sometimes rubs the metal because it barely clears since its a 3".
hope that helps. vibrations will go away.
I'll have to jack it up tomorrow and check it out. I checked the engine - no problems clearing the hose.

That third bolt from the ... left?? ... was a pain in the butt. I had to grind down the bolt to allow it to fit on there.

Oh damn..look who's awake..lol..
I like the sound of the Hahn exhaust, but what work do you have done/plan on doing?? What was the selling point for you on this exhaust setup, the tone?? Just wondering, because it just seems to be a little overkill for a mild performance setup. Not trying to hate, just being inquisitive.

My reason for going with the Hahn was the quality of the product, I didn't want something that would fall apart in a few years, and the Hahn seemed to be the best. I also had made several posts asking the questions and never seem to got a straight answer, just biased opinions. Being a not so car smart guy, and an impulse buyer - I just picked up the phone and quit asking questions about the differences. I just bought the Hahn. Also, the 2 videos I seen were awesome and I wanted my car to sound like that, and unfortunately - it doesn't sound anything close to the video.
